Dr. Bob C. Pulley is an anointed evangelist fueled by a passion to fulfill God’s mandate for these turbulent times. His thrust on character building by merging spirituality with everyday living that provokes people to pursue a life of integrity.​  Dr. Pulley received his doctorate at A. A. Allen’s Miracle Valley Bible College, and ordained under the powerful ministry of Rev. R. W. Shambach. 

 

Not afraid to deal with hard, relevant issues, Dr. Pulley is a powerful instrument who preaches in-your-face messages that have drawn those to recognize their place in Christ. His ministry is not by mere words but by Gods grace, it is marked by the demonstration of the Power of the Spirit. 

 

Holding explosive Tent Revivals; nationally and internationally, in Connecticut, Nairobi, Africa, New York, VA., North Carolina, and Florida, Dr. Pulley has served 25 years as founder and Pastor of Christian Outreach Miracle Ministry and Christian Outreach Bible Institute. (COBI). 

 

In the earlier days of the month of October, 1983, some strange events began to take place in my home, usually very early in the morning. I was awaken about 4:30 a.m. and the presence and the Lord began to speak to me concerning Prayer and Fasting, and also on Life and Death. I believe that the purpose for these spiritual visitations was to enlighten my faith for the events that would follow in the ministry.

 

              "And it shall come to past afterward, that I will pour

               out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your

              daughters shall prophesy, your old me shall dream

              dreams, your young men shall see visions."
